President Fredrik Persson participated in the REF Europe event organised by our French member federation Medef, on March 28. This event centred around the 2024 European elections. Persson addressed various hot topics in Europe, including enlargement, overregulation, competitiveness, and the Green Deal. Fredrik Persson stated, “Europe’s strength comes from its economic weight. Presently, this weight is eroded. To make Europe stronger globally, the EU must concentrate on enhancing Europe’s competitiveness and making it the place to invest.”
